I fully agree with you.

According to the BPHS Bengali edition by Pt. Harihara Majumdar, this is a Krura Shastiamsa, eventhough Mantresvara, B Suryanarain Rao and Gopesh Kumar Ojha suggests that this should be a Shubha Shastiamsa. I am more inclined to take this a Krura Shastiamsa.
